Warranty
All our products have one year (12 months) basic warranty. We offer all customers 2 years and/or 3 years limited extended warranty.
We exchange and replace our customer quality parts or units (complete sets) so long as it is certified or proved that the defective is caused by our people. Defective parts because of man-made factors after shipment will be responsible by the parties concerned, for example, the forwarder, clients’ client or other party else.
In order to ensure that our customers can replace the defective parts or items immediately once the problems are occurred, it is highly recommended that customers purchase 1% to 3% spare parts in each order and ship them together with the normal order so that customers can use those parts or items to replace the defective in his location right away when needed. We will replace and ship quality parts or items to customers to compensate the parts or items used in his or her next order.
